I led the design of an AI Support Copilot at Block, starting with a reactive assistant and gradually evolving it into a more proactive, workflow-aware system that reshaped how our support team work alongside an AI assistant.

This year I’ve set a goal: ship 12 apps in 12 months. The tools are changing fast. AI and agentic coding now let designers build real products on their own. The best way to keep up is to build. Side projects give me space to experiment, sharpen my craft, and ship without the usual constraints.

I led design for Customer Central across product, engineering, operations, and research. That meant shaping the product vision, running the discovery work, facilitating design sprints, and designing the end-to-end experience - from information architecture through to final UI. I also extended Cash App's mobile design system into a desktop-first system for internal tooling.
