I moved into a Staff Product Designer role at Block to expand the work I started at Cash, this time with a broader lens. The focus shifted from improving support tools to rethinking how AI and humans work together. I lead design for our internal Support Copilot, an AI-powered tool that sits alongside support advocates and helps them navigate complex cases with more speed and confidence. My work spans interaction design, information architecture, and the system thinking required to make AI feel reliable inside real workflows. As we move toward more agentic support, I help define what that looks like inside a large, evolving organization, building trust between advocates and the systems they use while bringing structure to ambiguity.

I returned to consulting at Cogent, a Melbourne-based startup consultancy known for its collaborative culture and values-driven approach to design. During that time I worked with a range of early and growth-stage companies, with EstimateOne, a construction tech scale-up, as my primary client. I helped evolve their design maturity, established and mentored a small design team, and introduced more structured product and design processes. I also led the rollout of a UI refresh and design system, bringing greater consistency to a growing product. Cogent was later acquired by Cash App in 2022, which marked the transition back into an in-house role.
